Toke Makinwa replies troll who called her childless for chiding protesters over destruction and stealing of properties

Date:

Toke Makinwa, a media personality, responded to a Twitter user who mocked her for being childless after she spoke out against protesters who looted and vandalized properties during the recent nationwide protest against hunger and hardship.

Toke had expressed her disappointment, stating that it was wrong for individuals to destroy and steal from their fellow Nigerians who are facing the same struggles. The Twitter user’s personal attack prompted Toke to defend herself.

“Destroying properties and stealing from your fellow Nigerians who are passing through the same hardship is not right at all. This is very sad”.

Twitter user Odumeje Catacrism launched a personal attack on Toke Makinwa, claiming that her failed IVF attempts were karma for her opinions.

He alleged that her inability to conceive led her to pursue her friends’ partners, but none of the relationships lasted. Additionally, he accused her of being a hypocrite, bullying others while hiding her own humble beginnings and pretending to be superior.

“Baby girl, this is why you have tried IVF 2 times, and non has worked.

“This is why you have snatched so many of your girlfriends’ men, and none has stuck by you; this consistent need to be a classist and a bully while you come from a low class yourself and understand the struggle”.

Toke Makinwa responded to Odumeje Catacrism’s hurtful comments by saying that his insults about her childlessness wouldn’t change her circumstances.

She pointed out that she isn’t the source of his problems and took a jab at him, expressing hope that he achieves even half of what she has accomplished in her life, implying that she is more successful than him.

“I hope you get to achieve half of what I have achieved. Calling me childless will not change your current situation, no be me, do you?”.

Toke Makinwa recently called out some married women who had previously judged her, saying that life has now humbled them.

She revealed that these women, who presented themselves as devoted wives, were actually available to other men. Toke used this as an example of why she doesn’t judge others, implying that people’s circumstances can change and that they may be hiding secrets behind a facade of perfection.
