Yvonne Jegede was born in Agenebode, Edo State, Nigeria on August 25, 1983. She received her primary and secondary education in Lagos State and later attended the University of Cyprus, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations.

CAREER

In 2004, Yvonne Jegede started her career in the film industry by appearing in the Nollywood movie “Missing Angels.”

She had a major breakthrough in 2005 when she made her notable on-screen debut in the popular music video for 2Face Idibia’s song “African Queen.”

After completing her university education in 2012, she returned to Nollywood and acted in several movies.

MARITAL STATUS

Yvonne Jegede got married to Olakunle Fawole, but unfortunately, their marriage did not last. They had a son together during their relationship.
