Nigerian social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, also known as Very Dark Man (VDM), has escalated his feud with Pastor Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin by testing the clergyman’s “miracle water” on blind and deaf individuals in Abuja.
This comes after Fufeyin launched his line of miracle products, including soap and water, claiming they have healing properties and NAFDAC approval.
VDM criticized the products, leading Fufeyin to sue him for N1 billion and obtain a restraining order.
Undeterred, VDM purchased the miracle water and conducted an experiment to test its efficacy, vowing to present evidence in court.
In a video posted online, VDM is seen giving the water to blind and deaf people, claiming he wants to verify its healing claims and gather evidence for the lawsuit.
“I have gone to test prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin healing water on the blind and physical disabilities at the biggest disability home in the whole of Abuja. @prophetjeremiahomoto na so e dey work?”.
Very Dark Man (VDM), has been involved in two recent controversies. Firstly, he criticized actress Tonto Dikeh for allegedly abusing her power by physically assaulting a car dealer over an unpaid debt.
VDM expressed disappointment and hypocrisy, given Tonto’s online advocacy against bullying and oppression.
Secondly, VDM announced the tragic death of crossdresser Area Mama, who was killed in Abuja, and warned other crossdressers like Bobrisky and Jay Boogie to keep a low profile to avoid similar targeted attacks.
He emphasized that Nigeria’s societal norms do not accept gay activities, and some individuals may resort to extreme measures. VDM’s posts aim to expose wrongdoing and promote caution amidst societal tensions.
