The market capitalization of listed equities rose by 0.18% to N55.130 trillion, while the All-Share Index also increased by 0.18% to 97,098.98. This growth resulted in a 29.86% Year-To-Date return.
The market had 27 gainers and 22 losers, with Redstarex leading the gainers at 10% and Neimeth leading the losers at 7.69%. The value of transactions increased by 89.59%, with 636.50 million shares worth N12.77 billion traded in 9,744 deals.
The most traded stock by volume was Access Corporation, with 112.62 million shares worth N2.11 billion, while Guaranty Trust Holding Company (GTCO) led in value with 74.34 million shares valued at N3.34 billion.
