Actress Ini Dima-Okojie reveals the foods she had to give up in order to fight fibroid

Nollywood actress Ini Dima-Okojie recently shared on social media her holistic approach to treating her fibroids, opting for a natural and comprehensive method to address her health issue.

Ini Dima-Okojie revealed that she has made significant changes to her diet to manage her fibroids, cutting out common Nigerian staple foods such as red meat, sugary drinks, and processed sugar, among others, in an effort to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Ini Dima-Okojie created a dramatic and symbolic video where she ceremoniously discarded various foods, including red meat and sugary drinks, into a trash can, emphasizing her commitment to eliminating them from her diet to prioritize her health and wellness.

Ini Dima-Okojie recently revealed that she has been diagnosed with fibroids for the second time, a recurrence of the condition she previously underwent surgery for a few years ago, thinking she had overcome it.

After enjoying a few years of freedom from fibroids, Ini Dima-Okojie began experiencing familiar symptoms, prompting her to undergo testing despite initial hesitation due to fear.

Unfortunately, the results confirmed the return of fibroids. This time, she has decided to forgo conventional medical treatment and instead adopt a holistic approach, focusing on dietary changes.

Her decision and newfound commitment to healthy eating have garnered support and empathy from many online followers.
