Renowned musician David Adeleke, famously referred to as Davido, has expressed his support for Asue Ighodalo, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) contestant in the imminent Edo gubernatorial race.

In a gesture of endorsement, the music icon utilized his Instagram story on Sunday evening to back the accomplished professional.

The artist, who originates from Osun, shared a snapshot of a Thisday newspaper front page showcasing Dr. Ighodalo, accompanied by the words: “The next governor of my mother’s homeland”. Davido’s late mother has roots in Edo state.
