‘Very Dark Man accused me of collecting money from people’ – Iyabo Ojo slams Seun Kuti

Date:

Iyabo Ojo’s ongoing dispute with Very Dark Man has taken an intriguing turn, as she recently involved Seun Kuti in the matter.

In a video, the Nollywood actress explained the origins of her problem with Very Dark Man, aiming to provide Seun Kuti with a better understanding of the situation.

Iyabo Ojo explained that the problem began during Mohbad’s case, specifically when his autopsy was supposed to be examined.

According to her, Very Dark Man, who was recording, insisted on obtaining footage from Mohbad’s house.

However, she clarified that there was no camera in the house at that time, so the footage couldn’t be provided.

Furthermore, she said that Very Dark Man was pushing for a DNA test to be conducted on Mohbad and his son.

However, by that point, Mohbad’s body had already been stripped of vital organs that could have been used for the autopsy and DNA testing.

Moving forward, Iyabo Ojo accused Very Dark Man of obstructing Mohbad’s case, as if he wanted to be the sole activist in Nigeria.

She also stated that activism began before Very Dark Man was born, and she has been involved in it for a long time as well.

Iyabo Ojo also brought up Paul Okoye’s role in their dispute, claiming that he had prevented her from pursuing her case against Very Dark Man on multiple occasions.

What seemed to be the final blow was when Iyabo Ojo revealed that Very Dark Man had accused her and Tonto Dikeh of embezzling funds from Nigerians during their fight for Mohbad’s case.

Iyabo Ojo explained that she and Tonto Dikeh had used their own money to finance the case, and personally, she had been traveling between Lagos and Abuja to seek justice for Mohbad.

Lastly, she stated that she would be filing a police report against Very Dark Man, and he would have to prove his claims that she had stolen money from Nigerians while fighting for Mohbad’s case.

Seun Kuti’s involvement in this matter stemmed from his video in support of Very Dark Man, where he emphasized the need for young people to caution older individuals.
