The Lagos State Health Management Agency (LASHMA) has reported the birth of the first-ever quadruplets at Gbagada General Hospital under the State Social Health Insurance Plan referred to as Ilera Eko.
Dr. Emmanuella Zamba, Permanent Secretary of LASHMA, celebrated the successful delivery of quadruplets at Gbagada General Hospital during her visit, hailing it as a remarkable achievement under the Ilera Eko program, a testament to the scheme’s impact and dedication to quality healthcare.
Offering congratulations to the parents of the quadruplets, Mrs. Abiodun Olayode and Mr. Saka Olayode, Dr. Zamba advised them to care for their extraordinary gift from God.
Dr. Zamba guaranteed that LASHMA would facilitate the quadruplets’ enrollment in the Ilera Eko insurance plan, ensuring they receive seamless and continuous medical care.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Olayode expressed her sincere appreciation to Governor Sanwo-Olu and Dr. Zamba for the invaluable support and benefits her family received through the Ilera Eko program.
