Initially, she tried to resolve the issue calmly, but after being confronted by an official named Stanley, who called a uniformed officer on her, she decided to speak out and assert her rights.
Erica, known for her strong personality, threatened to unleash her anger, boasting that she was wealthier than the airport staff and demanding the service she had paid for.
