Ahmed Ololade was welcomed into the world on January 13, 1995, to the parents Mr. and Mrs. Ololade.
Shortly after his birth, his parents held a naming ceremony to commemorate his arrival, where he was officially named Ahmed Ololade.
He originates from the South West part of Nigeria and is a member of the Yoruba ethnic community.
He was born and brought up in Lagos city along with his family.
He comes from a Muslim family and was raised with the same religious beliefs.
During his childhood, his father was involved in business ventures while his mother worked as a teacher.
EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION
Asake started his venture into the world of art as a dancer.
From a young age, he had a passion for dancing and excelled in it.
He focused on cultural dances, dedicating his spare time to practice and enhance his abilities.
During his time in high school, he showcased his talent at various school functions, impressing both his peers and teachers with his lively cultural performances. 
It was through his dancing prowess that he acquired the nickname, Asake.
Asake had a passion for dancing, but he also had a deep love for music.
With his exceptional singing voice, he would often impress his close friends and classmates by performing his own songs and singing popular ones.
In order to enhance his skills as an entertainer, he made the decision to incorporate singing into his dancing.

Asake began his musical journey at a young age, consistently sharing numerous freestyles on all his social media accounts.
In 2015, Asake made the decision to pursue a career in music.
He was motivated by the achievements of popular music icons such as Olamide, Davido, Wizkid, 9ice, and Wande Coal.
Asake entered the Afrobeats music scene, with a specific focus on creating Afrofusion songs.
He combines elements of Hip Hop, Amapiano, R&B, and Fuji music to produce a unique sound that sets him apart from other artists.
He initially began his career as a backup vocalist for Broda Shaggi’s band, entertaining audiences at various shows and events throughout the country.
Together with Broda Shaggi, he worked on a song called “Star” which gained popularity in the music market, allowing more fans to discover his talent.
Inspired by this success, he independently released a single called “Lady” in January 2020.
The song quickly became a sensation on social media as it was reposted by various influencers and used as background music by content creators in their videos.
Asake’s hit song, Mr Money, became widely popular in 2020 after the success of his previous song, Lady.
This led to him being given the nickname Mr. Money.
Asake released the single “Omo Ope” in 2022, which quickly gained popularity on the internet.
Rapper and music executive, Olamide, came across the song and was captivated by it.
He decided to add his own verse to the single.
Olamide then reached out to Asake, inviting him for a meeting and expressing his interest in signing him to the YBNL record label.
Asake accepted the offer and became a part of the YBNL family.
On February 8th, 2022, he was officially announced as the newest signee of YBNL.
Afterwards, Asake launched his first EP, titled Ololade Asake.
The EP consists of four popular tracks – Omo Ope, Sungba, Trabaye, and Baba God.
Asake showcased his performance of Baba God during a live session arranged by Glitch Africa in February 2022.
He worked together with Burna Boy, who has won a Grammy Award, to create a remix of Sungba.
The remix was released on March 28, 2000 and has been at the top of music charts for multiple weeks.
He made a guest appearance as an artist on DJ Spinall’s song, Palazzo.
The song was released on May 13, 2022. The music video for the single was filmed and directed by TG Omori.
He released the popular song, Peace Be Unto You (PBUY), on June 16, 2022.
The track received positive reviews from critics and has gained a large number of streams from fans.
Grace discovered him in 2020 after one of his freestyles, called Lady, gained widespread attention and was shared by popular celebrities on various online platforms.
As soon as the freestyle became popular, it was recorded with production by Blaque Beats.

Asake lives in a luxurious apartment building in Lekki, Lagos and owns impressive cars.
