Nollywood actor Kunle Afod has faced backlash on social media for sharing the funeral plans of his late colleague, Sule Suebebe.
Following the reported death of Yoruba actor Sule Suebebe on June 12th at a hospital in Ibadan, Oyo State, his funeral arrangements have been announced by Kunle Afod on Instagram.
According to the posted details, Sule Suebebe will be buried on June 21st, 2024, at the Agbala Gabriel Egbeda Church in Ibadan, where he had been receiving care from Pastor Ademola Amusan (aka Agbala Gabriel) for months before his passing. Notably, there were previous claims that the actor’s family had declined to collect his body from the clergyman.

Just a few months ago, Sule Suebebe had a significant turnaround in his life when he became a homeowner, thanks to the generosity of Pastor Gabriel, who gifted him a brand new house.
The veteran actor, who was wheelchair-bound, was overjoyed and showered blessings on the pastor and his congregation.
Moreso, just before his passing, Suebebe had made a public apology to the women he had wronged in his younger years, seeking their forgiveness for his past mistakes and acknowledging that his reckless and carefree lifestyle, particularly during his time as a musician, had hurt many people.
