The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Foundation has announced its flagship pitching programme, inviting members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) to apply.
In a video shared by NNPC Limited on X on Sunday, the foundation encouraged current corps members to present their business ideas. The programme, titled ‘Innovate NYSC: Pitching for Progress,’ aims to empower NYSC members to become future entrepreneurs.
“We are empowering Nigerian youth corps members to become the entrepreneurs of tomorrow. Enter the pitch phase of our entrepreneurial flagship programme and present your ideas to top business experts,” said the foundation. Participants who impress the jury will receive a start-up pack to launch their businesses.
Additionally, the NNPC Foundation has partnered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) to reduce business registration fees by 50%. “It will be your time to shine and bring your innovative ideas to life,” the foundation added.
The NNPC Foundation is committed to creating job opportunities for young visionaries and fuelling the future of Nigeria.
