“Call Wike to order” – Ijaw Community

Ijaw National Congress Worldwide’s President, Benjamin Okaba urges President Tinubu to warn FCT Minister Nyesom Wike.

According to him, he stated that the prolonged conflict has a negative impact on the the people and it have subjected them to physical and mental strain. He reveals that this impact is as a result of Wike’s interest.

While speaking at a press briefing in Abuja on Tuesday, he discloses the disagreement between Wike and Governor Siminialayi Fubara was as a result of struggle of power in the political system of the oil-rich state.

The congress cautions that if the conflict is left unresolved ,it could be detrimental to other states in the country.

Okaba said, “Mr President, sir, as the father of the nation, the alter ego of Nigeria, we are fervently appealing to you to call the FCT Minister to order.

“This is for the sake of peace and security in Nigeria. Stop this drift towards national disintegration and anarchy now,” he added.
