Award-winning musician Davido and his personal logistics manager, Israel DMW, have shown support for a controversial post made by his hypeman, Special Spesh, against his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child, Sophia Momodu.
In the midst of their ongoing custody battle, Special Spesh took to his Instagram page to share a photo of himself with a caption implying that Sophia Momodu is jealous and causing problems for Davido because he married Chioma.
Surprisingly, Davido and Israel DMW liked the post, indicating their agreement with the notion that Davido’s marriage is the source of his issues with Sophia.
This is not the first time Davido has shown support for shady posts about Sophia Momodu.
Previously, when Sophia responded to Davido’s court order by revealing that they had an affair from 2020-2022, a fan page of Davido referred to her as the “real endurance,” to which Davido liked the post, causing controversy.
The relationship between Davido and Sophia deteriorated after he publicly declared his love for his now wife, Chioma Rowland, and reconciled with her.
This angered Sophia, leading her to post about a cat not tolerating mistreatment from a dog. She later went on a lengthy rant, accusing Davido of financial abuse.
Davido recently took legal action by filing a lawsuit to request shared custody of his daughter, Imade.
He alleged that Sophia Momodu was preventing him from seeing their child and was also demanding money from him, although she denied these claims.
In response, Sophia opposed the joint custody battle a week later, citing various reasons including the tragic death of Davido’s son, as evidence that he was not suitable to raise their daughter alone.
