The Police is looking for a 48-year old man, identified as Kadiri Yusuf alias Alado, for allegedly inflicting injuries on his two children in the Orile Agege area of Lagos.
Reports have it that the suspect inflicted injuries on the bodies of two children, aged 11 and 13 years. It was the teacher of one of the children that made the report at the station.
The teacher made this report to the police after being angry because of the suspect’s action towards the children.
Benjamin Hundeyin, Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, stated that the head teacher of a primary school in Orile Agege reported that one of her students had injuries all over her body.
He further noted that one of the children confided in the teacher and told her how her father (Kadiri Yusuf alias Alado) use to beat her.
“The little girl also confided in her teacher that her father also beat up her elder brother whose age was also put at 13.
“The victims have been retrieved and treated. They have also been handed over to their sister for safe custody.
Before the police could arrive to their residence, the suspect had already fled away.
