Media personality Shade Ladipo has revealed her romantic partner.
After keeping her new relationship private for a while, media personality Shade Ladipo has finally gone public with her partner, sharing photos of them together at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) on her Instagram page, accompanied by a sweet caption, marking a new chapter in her life years after her divorce.
Shade Ladipo expressed her gratitude for finding a partner who shares similar interests, revealing that she previously underestimated the significance of having a like-minded companion, but now realizes it’s a true blessing.

Shade Ladipo had previously disclosed her separation from her husband, citing the COVID-19 lockdown’s strain on their relationship, and had been single for a time.
However, she has now found love again and is open to remarrying, as evidenced by a romantic surprise proposal she shared on Instagram in April, featuring balloons, candles, flowers, and a ring, indicating her willingness to give marriage another chance.
In 2022, Shade Ladipo cautioned women against hastily entering marriage, citing Rita Dominic’s wedding at 47 as a positive example of prioritizing personal growth and achievement over societal pressure. She emphasized that marriage isn’t a milestone to be rushed into in one’s 30s.
Recently, Shade Ladipo also advised women to reconsider changing their surname after marriage, sharing her own experience of building a brand over 20 years and questioning the need to alter it overnight.
She encouraged women to value their hard-earned identity and consider the implications of changing their name, especially on official documents.
