EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION
Born on February 1, 1992. He rose to fame for producing Davido’s hit song “Fia,” which received nominations for Song of the Year and Best Pop Single at The Headies 2018 awards.
Fresh VDM was born in Togo to Mr. and Mrs. Bello but relocated to Nigeria during his teenage years.
Growing up in Lome, Togo, in a household led by his pastor parents, he developed a deep passion for music and became a talented multi-instrumentalist.
After finishing high school, Fresh VDM pursued a degree in Criminology at Afe Babalola University in Ado Ekiti, where he discovered his passion for music production.
CAREER
He began making beats for local artists, which eventually caught the attention of Dremo, leading to collaborations with APG Records and later with Davido’s label, DMW.
His notable productions include Mayorkun’s “Love You Tire” featuring Mr. Eazi and Davido’s acclaimed track “FIA,” which achieved international success.
Fresh VDM has collaborated with top artists such as Burna Boy, Cassper Nyovest, and various talents from the DMW roster.
