“Government work no be play” – Eniola Badmus laments, days after resuming office duty as Assistant to House of Rep speaker

Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus, who was appointed Special Assistant to House of Representative speaker Abbas Kyari on Social Events and Public Hearing in May, has begun her duties, but is already expressing frustration.

After resuming office last week, Eniola shared photos from her meeting with Senate President Godswill Akpabio at the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS) in Abuja.

Initially, she had expressed gratitude to Abbas Kyari for the opportunity to serve, feeling honored and appreciative of the confidence he placed in her. However, her recent lament suggests she may be facing challenges in her new role.

Eniola Badmus took to her Snapchat page to express her frustration, sharing photos of her workload and complaining that the tasks assigned to her as Special Assistant to the House of Representative speaker are overwhelming.
