After sharing screenshots of fans’ persistent inquiries, Wizkid finally revealed that his album “More Love, Less Ego” (not “Morayo”) would drop at 1 pm today.
This announcement comes after months of teasing, which began at the start of the year. Wizkid had prepared his fans for a change, warning them that his new sound has evolved and that they shouldn’t expect the same style as his previous “Pakurumo Wizkid” era, indicating a shift in his musical direction.
Wizkid announced the release of his album, “More Love, Less Ego” (not “Morayo”), while also reiterating his previous statement that he no longer wants to be categorized as an Afrobeats artist, as his sound has evolved.
