EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION

Jude Okoye, originally from Anambra state, was born and raised in Jos, plateau state. He grew up with his parents, Josephine Okoye and Mazi Moses Okoye, as well as his six siblings.

Although there is limited information about his education, it is believed that he received a formal education.

CAREER

Jude Okoye made a significant sacrifice for his twin brothers, Peter and Paul Okoye, when they embarked on their music careers as PSquare.

He decided to give up his own profession as a rapper to support and manage their musical journey.

In 1994, Jude Okoye entered the entertainment industry and initially had a strong passion for film production.

He began creating music and even released a rap album in 1995. Seeking to expand his opportunities and explore new avenues, he eventually relocated to Lagos.

Jude Okoye, who managed Square’s record label, was responsible for signing popular Nigerian musicians Peter and Paul Okoye, also known as Psquare.

Among the other artists signed to the label was May D, who is currently signed to Davido’s DMW record label.

Jude Okoye is also the CEO of Northside Record, where Cynthia Morgan, a Nigerian singer, was previously signed.

During Psquare’s time together, Jude Okoye was considered the mastermind behind the group’s numerous successes.

He collaborated with Psquare on various projects, such as Game Over, Get Squared, Last Nite, Danger, The Invasion, and Double Trouble, before their breakup.

PERSONAL LIFE

In July 2014, Jude Okoye tied the knot with lfeoma Michelle Umeokeke, and they now have beautiful children together.
