EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION

Megan Denise Fox was born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee in 1986.

Growing up in a strict Pentecostal household, she faced challenges with her eating disorder and mental health during her teenage years.

At the age of 13, Fox started her modeling career and later moved to Los Angeles at 17 to pursue acting.

She initially attended Morningside Academy in Port St. Lucie but eventually transferred to St. Lucie West Centennial High School.

Unfortunately, she experienced bullying in school and felt like she didn’t fit in, often preferring the company of boys. Fox didn’t enjoy formal education and felt disconnected from it.

CAREER

In 2001, Megan Fox made her acting debut in the romantic comedy “Holiday in the Sun.”

She then appeared in television shows such as “What I Like About You” and “Two and a Half Men.”

In 2004, she starred alongside Lindsay Lohan in “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen” and secured a regular role in the sitcom “Hope & Faith.”

Fox gained significant recognition for her portrayal of Mikaela Banes in the “Transformers” film series, although she was replaced in the third installment due to a disagreement with the director.

In her book, titled Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, Fox bravely reveals that she went through a miscarriage during her fourth pregnancy.

Fox and Brian Austin Green started dating in 2004 after meeting on the set of Hope & Faith.

They got engaged in November 2006 and tied the knot on June 24, 2010. Together, they have three sons.

However, their marriage hit a rough patch, leading Fox to file for divorce in August 2015.

They briefly reconciled in early 2016, but ultimately finalized their divorce on October 15, 2021.

Currently, Megan Fox is in a relationship with Machine Gun Kelly, which began in 2020.
