On Thursday, the value of Naira decreased at the official market and it is currently trading at N1,675.49 to the dollar.
The official trading platform of the FMDQ Exchange, which is a platform that oversees the Nigerian Autonomous Foreign Exchange Market (NAFEM), disclosed that naira have lost N44.32.
This explains that the local currency have its value of 2.71 percent when compared to the former trading date on Wednesday and exchanged at N1,631.17 to a dollar.
On Thursday, the total daily turnover was increased to 166.61 million dollars up from 128.98 million dollars recorded on Wednesday.
According to the Investor’s and Exporter’s (I&E) window, Naira traded between N1,677 and N1,610 against the dollar.
