The National power grid has collapsed again causing the country to be in total darkness.
It occurred around 11:28am, on Thursday which is the tenth time the national power grid is collapsing.
During the check on Independent System Operator, an autonomous arm of the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) showed that the power plants did not produce electricity around 12pm.
Though the Transmission Company of Nigeria is yet to detect the cause of the problem.
Jos Disco stated that the current outage is experienced due to the lack of supply of energy from the national power grid.
“The loss of power supply from the national grid occurred this morning at about 11:28 hours of today, Thursday, 7th November 2024, hence the loss of power supply on all our feeders.”
“We hope to restore normal power supply to our esteemed customers as soon as the grid supply is restored back to normalcy.”
