NNPCL refutes claims of working against domestic refineries

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has refuted claims that the company is trying to work against the progress of domestic refineries across the country.

The chief executive officer of NNPC, Mele Kyari stated that the company is working hard to resolve Nigeria’s energy crisis. He noted that when there is stability in the energy sector, there will be an assured growth and affordability of energy products.

While speaking at the 42nd Nigeria Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE) Annual International Conference and Exhibition, Mele Kyari stated that NNPC Ltd cannot sabotage Dangote Refinery.

Mele kyari said , “Resolving the energy trilemma requires bold ideas, shared knowledge, and collective determination. Together, let us build a Nigeria where energy is secure, sustainable, and affordable for all.”

He emphasized that NNPCL is working with domestic refineries to ensure the availability of products.
