Reports have it that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has returned to Abuja, the capital of Nigeria after his visits to France and South Africa.
On Wednesday, December 4, 2024, he president’s plane landed at the presidential wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, at about 9:10 pm.
Last week Wednesday, the French President Emmanuel Macron invited President Tinubu for a state visit to France
The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen the economic, political and cultural ties of the countries.
Also, it aimed at enhancing opportunities for partnership in sectors like agriculture, health, employment, innovation, energy transition.
After the visit to France, on Monday, the president travelled to South Africa to co-chair the 11th session of the Nigeria-South Africa Bi-National Commission alongside South African President Cyril Ramaphosa.
