President Bola Tinubu has given the green light for the selection of a fresh management team for the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC).
The new members on the company’s management team include Engineer Jennifer Adighije, who will take on the role of Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.
Engineer Abdullahi Kassim will be the Executive Director overseeing Generation, and Engineer Bello Babayo Bello will serve as the Executive Director in charge of Networks.
Additional members of the management include; Mr. Emmmanuel Umeoji; Executive Director (Corporate Services); Mr. Omololu Agoro, Executive Director (Finance & Accounts); Engineer Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama, Executive Director (Strategy & Commercial) and Barrister Steven Andzenge, Executive Director (Legal Services).
The newly appointed CEO of NDPHC, Ms. Jennifer Adighije, is a seasoned engineer with extensive skills in management roles within both private and public sectors.
She has a master’s degree in Wireless Networks & Telecommunications from Queen Mary University of London, UK, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
According to Presidential spokesperson Ajuri Ngelale, the President anticipates that the new management team members will use their skills and knowledge to lead NDPHC effectively in handling the National Integrated Power Projects.
