Former Big Brother Naija contestant, Pere Egbi, has alleged that a relative of Ugo Nwoke, the husband of actress Sharon Ooja, informed him that Nwoke had only been married once, despite rumors of three previous marriages.
Pere made this statement in response to a viral video in which a woman claimed to be a family friend of Ooja’s husband, asserting that he had only been married once.
Pere reposted the video on his social media account, stating that his friend, who is also a cousin of Ooja’s husband, confirmed the same information to him.
Pere slammed blogs for spreading negative news without verifying the truthfulness of their stories.
He strongly maintained that there was no issue with a person who had been divorced getting married again.
Pere wrote, “Her husband’s cousin is my really good friend in Dallas. It’s funny how people read things and because they are gullible they believe it. And how are blogs just so focused on negative things to just carry any kind of story amazes me. They don’t care about the authenticity, they just carry it. Her husband’s cousin confirmed the same thing to me. Married once. And there’s nothing wrong with being married once.”
Naija traffic remembers that not long after Ooja got married to her husband, Ugo Nwoke, in a grand ceremony in Abuja, StellaDimokorkus blog alleged that the actress was his fourth spouse.
As per the blog, Nwoke had been married on three previous occasions, but all of those marriages ended in failure.
