He currently serves as a goalkeeper for Chippa United, a team in the Premier Soccer League, and also represents the Nigeria national team.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION
Nwabali, comes from Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni in Rivers State, was born on June 10, 1996, into a Christian family of Igbo descent. He spent his childhood in Port Harcourt.
CAREER
Stanley Nwabali began his professional football career with Go Round FC in the second division of Nigerian football.
In 2017, he played a crucial role in helping the team secure promotion to the top tier league, the NPFL.
During Go Round’s first season in the NPFL, Nwabali impressed by keeping eight clean sheets in 12 home games.
His performances caught the attention of Enyimba, a successful club in African football, who signed him for the following season.
After spending two years with Enyimba, where he won an NPFL title, Nwabali transferred to Wikki Tourists in July 2020.
He then moved to Lobi Stars in May 2021 before joining Chippa United in South Africa in March 2022.
Although Nwabali joined Chippa United in October 2022, he had to wait until December 30th to make his debut for the team.
In that match, he made an impressive penalty save in a 1-1 draw against Stellenbosch. From August 2023 onwards, Nwabali became the starting goalkeeper for Chippa United.
In September 2021, Nwabali made his debut for the Nigerian national team, the Super Eagles, in a friendly match against Mexico.
Unfortunately, the game did not go well for him as he conceded four goals in a humiliating 4-0 loss.
Following the defeat, Nwabali was not selected to play for Nigeria’s national team for more than two years.
The coach of the Super Eagles, Jose Peseiro, traveled to South Africa to observe Nwabali’s performance.
Subsequently, in the same month, the former Lobi Stars goalkeeper was chosen to be part of the Super Eagles’ 2023 AFCON team.
