On June 14th, while marking her birthday, Tania Omotayo revealed her pregnancy with her second child, sharing radiant photos showcasing her baby bump. She captioned the post, “glowing and growing in life”, joyfully announcing her new chapter and blossoming family.

In a heartfelt post, she expressed her deep gratitude and admiration for her “amazing” friends, stating that she will always cherish their kindness and thoughtfulness.
“Yesterday I was surprised by the best girls anyone could ask for. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the shower of my dreams. I’m still in awe of how perfect it was considering I was completely kept out of the loop. My Girls still managed to pull off the best day exactly how I envisioned it would be. Every single inspo photo I ever sent to them was fully executed and I still can’t believe it, my heart is so full.

In 2022, Tania Omotayo courageously shared her struggles with Endometriosis, a condition that caused her severe period pain and heavy bleeding.
She recounted how the excruciating pain made her appear “crazy” and revealed that some white doctors dismissed her symptoms, suggesting she was seeking attention and that there was nothing medically wrong with her.
One doctor even went so far as to tell her father that she was fabricating her symptoms, further highlighting the need for greater awareness and understanding of women’s health issues.
After her split from Wizkid in 2016, Tania Omotayo moved on and married entrepreneur Olasunmbo Olawale.
Her previous relationship with Wizkid, which lasted from 2011 to 2016, ended when he fathered a child with another woman.
During their time together, Tania and Wizkid were considered one of the most popular celebrity couples, with Wizkid even name-dropping her in his 2013 hit song “Jaiye Jaiye” featuring Seun Kuti.
