Twitter influencer Solomon Buchi has publicly criticized media personality Daddy Freeze regarding reports that Pastor Tobi Adegboyega has been deported from the United Kingdom.
Naijatraffic revealed that the Nigerian clergyman has lost his court battle against deportation from the UK due to allegations of financial wrongdoing.
The founder of SPAC Nation was found to have misused church funds totaling £1.87 million.
An immigration tribunal ruled that the clergyman, who has been residing in the UK illegally since overstaying his visitor’s visa in 2005, is to be deported to Nigeria.
Responding to the news, Solomon Buchi pointed out that Daddy Freeze would have loudly condemned the situation on social media if a Nigerian pastor were involved in a similar scandal.
Solomon described Daddy Freeze as a hypocrite, labeling him a shameless coward and a houseboy to a dubious UK overstayer.
“Where is Daddy Freeze? Shameless coward houseboy to a dubious UK overstayer.
If it was Nigerian pastors, he would be shouting. Anywhere belle face”.
Buchi’s public criticism of Daddy Freeze is unsurprising, given their long-standing feud.
Buchi had previously slammed Freeze for his remarks about Apostle Emmanuel Iren, labeling him hypocritical and opportunistic.
Buchi noted the irony of Freeze condemning Pastor Iren while maintaining ties with Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, whom he described as a community leader.
In response, Freeze shared an old video of Buchi pleading for help on Instagram Live, where he prayed against supporting a traitor.
Freeze advised Buchi to refrain from biting the hand that fed him.
In August, Solomon Buchi also confronted Daddy Freeze regarding Pastor Jerry Eze, who had built 18 houses for widows and provided N100 million in business grants to young individuals.
Buchi challenged Daddy Freeze, inquiring about the number of houses he had built for widows or grants he had given to young people.
Furthermore, in October, Buchi criticized Pastor Tobi for clubbing with Davido, labeling him a disgrace to the pastoral office and advising him to abandon his pastoral calling to pursue his extravagant lifestyle.
Ossai Ovie Success, media aide to the Delta State Governor, also voiced disappointment in Pastor Tobi for inviting Davido to perform at his birthday celebration.
He deemed the pastor’s action an embarrassment to the gospel and advised him to seek God’s forgiveness.
Success questioned why Pastor Tobi repeatedly brought shame to the gospel, urging him to acknowledge and respect his role as a pastor.
