Yahaya Bello honours EFCC invitation

News have it that the former governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello is under the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

On Tuesday November 26, the former governor of kogi State honoured the invitation of the anti-graft agency.

He is currently under the custody of the EFCC because of the allegations of misappropriation of funds that is meant for Kogi State.

He honoured the invitation with his lawyers. He drove himself in a black Hilux with his lawyers into the premises of the EFCC.

Following his visit was a Supreme Court judgement which dismissed the states’ case on the constitutionality of the anti-graft agency.
