Nigerian comedian Oluseyi Aletile, popularly known as Seyi Law, has faced a backlash from internet users after officially starting his role as the Senior Special Adviser to the Governor of Ondo State.
Last month, Naija traffic reported that Seyi Law had been appointed as the Senior Special Adviser on Entertainment and Tourism to Governor Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.
Seyi Law took to his Instagram page to share the good news and expressed his gratitude to the governor, praying for God’s assistance in achieving the state’s greatest vision.
However, his post received negative comments from many users who cursed him.
In a video, Seyi Law also shared his courtesy visit to the Deputy Governor, Dr Olayide Adelami mni, and the Secretary to the State Government, Hon. Tayo Oluwatuyi.
Odogwu Nwoke commented, “Ode wey I don unfollow, SSA on Belle Matters and Stomach Infrastructure”.
One, Official Kelechi Awurum commented, “Mumu, you will never make it there for putting pains in us”.
Another person, Official Kelechi Awurum further commented, “I have swear for your life you will never make it”.
And, Big Psamy22 commented, “For your mind na governor you be lol”.
Also, Preshar commented, “Baba, you should have started with wearing attire from your state; clothes and language are the first point of contact of culture.”
One, The Main Franz commented, “Mugu”.

Seyi Law is not the only one who has been given a political appointment. In May, Eniola Badmus, another supporter of President Tinubu, was appointed as the Special Assistant to the Speaker of The Federal Republic of Nigeria on Social Events and Public Hearings.
Eniola confirmed her appointment and expressed her gratitude to Abbas for giving her this opportunity to serve under his leadership. She thanked him for his confidence in her.
Last month, Eniola officially started her duties. She shared photos of herself and the Senator during their meeting with Senate President Godswill Akpabio at the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS) in Abuja.
